CTAN Update: markdown (addendum)

So now here is (hopefully) the _complete_ text:

Summary description:  A package for converting and rendering markdown documents inside TeX

Announcement text:

 Fixes:

 - \markdownInfo writes only to the log in the plain TeX implementation.

 - \markdownInfo and \markdownWarning start a new line in plain TeX
   implementation.

 - Lua errors are now caught even with shell escape.


 Development:

  - Added an outputDir option that enables the use of the TeX -output-directory
    option.
