A patch release to

- fix a typo in a spacing command definition
- replace all remaining LaTeX 2.09 \sf, \tt, \bf etc. font commands
  with NFSS modal commands, which scrbook now forbids
- update the documentation to *not* use scrartcl, since the docs need
  fancyvrb, which still generates \tt
- disable long-deprecated commands which should have disappeared in
  version 1.5.0
