Summary description:  User documentation for AMS document classes

 This collection includes four user manuals, the "AMS Author Handbooks",
 each directed to the use of a particular AMS document class.
 These manuals collectively form the user documentation for the 
 amscls macro bundle (found in the "LaTeX required" area).

 The manuals are compiled from source files that minimize duplication
 of common information and tailor class-specific material through the
 use of switches and some additional source files.
 The motivation for this structure and instructions for compiling such
 a multi-sourced collection are detailed in the auxiliary manual
 ams-author-handbook-doc; this collection might serve as a model for
 other multi-targeted documentation projects.
