 * glossaries-extra-bib2gls.sty:

   - new commands:

     \GlsXtrBibTeXEntryAliases
     \GlsXtrProvideBibTeXFields
     \glsxtr at wrglossarylocation
     \GlsXtrIndexCounterLink


 * glossaries-extra.sty:

   - added package option 'indexcounter'

   - bug fix: \glsxtrfieldforlistloop (corrected argument order)

   - added check for \gls at begindocdefs

   - added expansion in \@gls at removespaces
