   - Sidenotes (`\footnote`) appears in the second column in `tate` mode.

   - Added options `begin_widh_(odd|even)_page` to `\DeclareBlockHeading`.

   - Changed `\labelenumi`  as in `jarticle` etc.

   - Fix a bug on `column_gap` class option.

   - Added `mark_format` to `\DeclarePageStyle`.
