This is the first release through CTAN. Version 1 of this package was 
released internally to the University of Bath.

Changes since version 1:

  - Updated to reflect changes in Harvard (Bath) style.

  - Updated to work with biblatex v3.8+.

  - Legal references can now be given in a more semantic fashion (c.f. 
biblatex-oscola, biblatex-oxref).

  - The value of the titleaddon field is now automatically wrapped in 
brackets (c.f. biblatex-apa, biblatex-oxref).
