Allow accented characters in lyrics.
Allow staff-crossing chords that are unbeamed or beamed.
Enable AV+/-x+/-y to add vskip bigh before or after \eject.
Add option T[n], n=1,2,3 for single stem tremolo.
Add 2-note tremolos.
Allow string of rests to end xtup

Several bug fixes.
