 Release 2018-01-10

  - Fix issue with "recordstatus"

  - Rationalise short option names: removed -d, -E, -r

  - Remove cmdcheck target: specific to LaTeX3 kernel work

  - New target "manifest" for construction of file manifests
    automatically

  - New "auxfiles" variable

  - New --textmfhome option to allow customisation of
    local installation

  - New --dry-run option for installation

  - Sort list of tests to avoid system-dependent ordering

  - New --shuffle option to run tests in a random order

  - Split l3build into multiple files for improved maintenance

  - Internal improvements
