This, the last feature release for the 16th-edition style files, contains 
many new features, including for the first time support for
a substantial subset of the Bluebook's specifications for legal citations.  
It also contains new support for Brazilian Portuguese.
The next feature release will follow the specifications of the 17th 
edition of the Chicago Manual, published last autumn.  Please see
the RELEASE file and biblatex-chicago.pdf for all the details.
