* Better compatibility with the unicode-math package (tested in v0.8j).
* Introduced \Cjascale which stores the scaling value of Japanese font.
* Improved lltjp-geometry.sty.
  - now auto-detect tate-gumi classes in pLaTeX.
  - added `force' and `disable' options.
