 - Check that users have a recent enough version of the xparse package

 - Fix bug when using \eledsection with the continuousnumberingwithcolumns
   of reledpar

 - Fix bug with continuousnumberingwithcolumns option

 - Fix bug with using \eledsection and related when alternating
   between normal and parallel typesetting.
