 * ltjclasses: sync with jclasses v1.8 (\西暦true by default)

 * ltjsclasses: sync with jsclasses 2018-06-23 (added \jsTocLine)

 * fix that \raise, \lower, \vcenter, ... did not work to
   boxes whose direction is different from that of the surroundings.
   (Example: \raise10pt\hbox{\tate ...})

 * ltjsclasses: fix an error caused by
   | \documentclass{ltjsarticle}
   | \usepackage{unicode-math}
   | % no \setmathfont
   | \begin{document}
