Adds support for float and rotfloat styles ruled and boxed.

Adds packages algorithm2e, register, ltablex, xltabular, xellipsis, 
trimclip, errata, vowel, xpiano.

Verified to work as-is with packages gauss, phonrule, piano, SIunits, 
tikzcodeblocks.
