 Bug-fix release:

  - fix bug in \cpageref + hyperref

  - allow \crefalias'ing of appendix reference types

  - fix misleading \namecref undefined reference warning

  - make sub-reference types inherit from format components
    rather than low-level formats

  - fix spelling mistakes in Dutch translations
