Version 2.0 of the termcal-de package introduces:
 - an option to retain compatibility with files written for the original termcal package
 - further options to configure termcal-de's behavior

Also, datetime2 and it's German language module is used for printing the dates to allow more customization.
The package documentation has been extended and now contains a short tutorial about using termcal-de together with
termcal.
