 * Sync `mergedate` code with `biblatex` 3.12

 * `biblatex` 3.12 is now recommended.

 * Add `\titleaddonpunct`.

 * Make `introcite` and `dashed` option available on per-entry and
   per-type basis.

 * Add package for open access symbols and open access 'detection'.
