 This release fixes several bugs.

 * luatexja-preset: gt-m key in \ltjnewpreset did not work.

 * luatexja-preset: nfssonly option worked only in 10pt text.

 * luatexja-ruby: some [x]kanjiskip were not inserted where they should be.

 * Use value of \Cjascale (if defined) for default Japanese fonts.
