arabluatex v1.15:
- New command \ayah{} which prints up to 3-digit numbers inside 'end of 
  Ayah' sign (U+06DD) or inside parentheses depending on the mode which is 
  selected (however not applicable to all Arabic fonts, see the 
  documentation on pp. 35-36).  The latest release of 'luaotfload' made 
  this possible.  Special thanks to Ulrike Fischer.
