 Update to thumbpdf:

 * latex .sty updated to remove some warnings and quit with just a log
   message if it detects compression is being used.

 * Update the perl to quote { and } in regular expressions due to
   stricter syntax rules in more recent perl releases.

 * Support moved to github
   https://github.com/ho-tex/thumbpdf
