- Extend environments and macros to accept as argument not only a control
  sequence token as formerly, but also the name of such a control sequence
  (i.e. material which will get expanded in \csname...\endcsname).

- Add filecontentsdefmacro environment which puts verbatimized contents
  into a macro but does not save them to a file at the same time.

- Refactor documentation, explain how to define wrapper environments.
