* Adapt new handling of missing chars introduced in luaotfload 2.98,
* Fixed several errors with microtype and LuaTeX-ja.
* ltj[s]classes: Added dummy option "disablejfam" to
  avoid the warning "Unused global option(s): disablejfam".
  (while LuaTeX-ja uses "disablejfam" option)
* Use information of vertical origin of OpenType fonts.
  (requires luaotfload v2.99)
* Reduced use of cache files.
