 - Changed \TrackLangIfFileExists to also include script and
   variant in file search (search order has changed slightly).

 - Added \TrackLangRedefHook

 - New commands provided to assist integration with language
   packages:

      \TrackLangAddExtraRegionFile
      \TrackLangAddExtraScriptFile
      \TrackLangProvidePredefinedLanguage
      \TrackLangProvidePredefinedDialect

 - New switch \ifTrackLangShowVerbose for debugging
