Draws Dynkin diagrams in LaTeX documents, using the TikZ package.
Version 3.14159 adds ceref style, fixes problems with folding in Kac
style, and ensures that the diagrams, by default, remain drawn solidly,
even if the ambient TikZ diagram is not.
