 iso-8859-7.def:

 Use LICR macros instead of transliteration and remove ``\textbullet`` substitution character.
 (Missing characters will now result in the standard ``inputenc`` error message.)

 lgrenc.dfu: Remove duplicate definitions.

 Update documentation and tests.
