 - most of the terminal output is hidden by default, the amount of
   information can be configured using the --loglevel option.

 - added support for reading of the input from the standard input.
   Use the "-" character instead of the filename.

 - added basic support for the fixed layout EPUB 3 (see
   https://tex.stackexchange.com/a/513425/2891 for example).

 - fixed issues caused by updates in make4ht and LuaXML packages.

 - fixed lot of issues in the LaTeX package support
