Update to latex-graphics to match the LaTeX 2019-10-01 Patch Level 2
release.


This should address the issue with extra  "-quotes appearing in some
constructs since the LaTeX 2019-10-01 Release due to changes in the
filename handling.

It also allows the extension of files with multiple dots in the name to
be recognised without needing additional packages.


Main changes logged since the last release:

2019-11-03  David Carlisle  <David.Carlisle at latex-project.org>

	* graphics.dtx: add additional trial with known
	extensions if supplied filename has a . but the file is not
	  found (gh/204)

2019-10-08  David Carlisle  <David.Carlisle at latex-project.org>

	* graphics.dtx: fallback definitions of \set at curr@file etc added
