Hot fix to work around current (and already fixed upstream)
problem when LaTeX 2019-10-01 patch level 1-3 is used with amsmath
(math accents), which crashed \Mathastext macro at time of
defining its own \hbar; related fix to an oversight of previous
release which led mathastext \hbar being ignored with
recent LaTeX in presence of amsfonts, for example. And finally
fix a 1.3u bug with noendash option under Unicode engines.
