pstOutBissectBAC.
                 - add macro to get the Golden Mean node of a given segment, \pstGoldenMean.
                 - add macro to define an ellipse by its focus(F) and directrix line(l) and eccentricity(e),
\pstGeneralEllipseFle.
                 - add macro to define an ellipse by quadratic curve equation $ax^2+bxy+cy^2+dx+ey+f=0$,
\pstGeneralEllipseCoef.
