The options 'first-row', 'last-row', 'first-col' and 'last-col' are now 
available in the environment 'NiceMatrix' (and its variants) and not only 
in the environment 'NiceArray' (and its variants).

The option 'columns-width=auto' now does the job with only one 
compilation.

This version is compatible with the latest version of expl3 (released 
2019-09-30). The previous version of 'nicematrix' was not (for a reason 
unclear).
