Summary description: Several features to improve the typesetting of
mathematical matrices with TikZ

Two LaTeX counters iRow and jCol are now available to the user in the
cells of the environments. 

A command \normalbaselines has been added at the beginning of the
environments of nicematrix (it should have been done a long time ago).

The code is faster in several circumstancies.
