  `\file_timestamp:n`
- `\seq_map_tokens:Nn`, `\tl_map_tokens:nn`, `\tl_map_tokens:Nn`

### Changed

- Moved `\prop_map_tokens:Nn` to stable
- Generate chars with catcode as-supplied when case changing
