 Version 3.1:
 New commands to control the hierarchy of indentations both in the
 main text and in the table of contents. New ways to place poem titles
 either at the text margin, the verse margin, over the center of a
 left-flushed verse block, over the left margin of a centered verse block,
 and centered over a centered verse block. New ways to control the placement
 of epigraphs, attribution, dedications, and headnotes. New ways of adding
 back matter sections and front matter sections. Bug fixes.
