 * use \luadef and token.scan_argument() in internel codes.

 * sync with pLaTeX 2020-04-12. (Fix \DeclareKanjiSubstitution,
   \bfseries, \mdseries etc.)

 * luatexja-fontspec: execute \DeclareFontSeriesDefault in
   \set{main,sans,mono}jfont.
