New options

- added option to view the tikzlings from behind
- mouse can now lift the feet
- global warming option for snow man

Changes
=======

- updating to current tikz syntax for circle and ellipse
- mentioning the fantastic bearwear package in the documentation
- adjusted the shading of the coati for better 3D view
- adding hooks to allow the user to add things to various layers of the 
tikzlings
- improved line scaling for different coordinates
