Summary description:  Fixes kashida feature in xepersian package

 - If the kashida glyph is used to stretch the text, then the
   main font is checked for availability of the kashida character.

 - Two optional arguments are added in \discouragebadlinebreaks macro.
   The user can use these options to specify the penalty and the glue
   locally.

 - Some more minor changes.
