         * ltoutenc.dtx (subsection{The fontenc package}):
         Update \@fontenc at load@list with option list (gh/273)

         Renamed \@reservedb to \reserved at b
         Renamed \@reservedc to \reserved at c

         Use \@tabacckludge for tabbing where necessary if defining \capitalacute
         and friends for Unicode engines (gh/271)
