 This pre-release includes all of LaTeX2e 2020-02-02 patch level 4 plus

         * ltmath.dtx (subsubsection{Flush left equations}):
         Make \mathindent a skip register to match
         amsmath (gh/252)
         Separate formula and eqn number by a compressable space when
         fleqn option is in force.

         * ltpictur.dtx (section{Picture Mode}):
         Suppress spaces following \linethickness declaration (gh/274)
