 Changes:

 - new commands \acpsingle and \Acpsingle

 - fix issues with optional arguments of the `cite' property

 - new properties `before-citation' and `after-citation'

 - new options `config-file-name' and `config-file-extension'

 - new option `case-sensitive'

 - prefer lazy boolean evaluation when possible

 - rename the manual file and use a dedicated class for the manual
