Summary description:  Typeset papers for the International Journal of Digital Curation

 This release provides a new class for use with the IJDC from
 volume 14 (ijdc-v14) onwards.
 The old class (ijdc-v9) remains available.

 The idcc class now switches between the volume-14-style template
 and the volume-9-style template depending on which year is selected.
