 * Implement basic plain TeX respectively plain LuaTeX interface.

 * Fix issue: Duplicate line generation on the second line in cloze.

 * Fix issue: width of first line wrong in itemize, mdframed.

 * Fix issue #4: \clozenol not transparent.

 * Fix issue: clozebox not transparent.
