 The `expkv-opt` package provides facilities to process class and package
 options using keys defined for and with `expkv` and as such supports
 key=value options and keys without a value.

 The parser shouldn't place any restrictions on the contents of keys or
 values, but keep in mind that the option processing of LaTeX might.
