The way that authors and affiliations work has been changed in version 
2.01 to be APA 7th edition compliant. This change will require updating
any multiple author and/or multiple affiliation documents to use the new 
\authorsnames and \authorsaffiliations commands (see documentation).
Also, fixed spacing on Title Page for title and author.
