Now has programmed support for more than 500 packages and classes, of 
which more than 60 also support MathJax.

Fixed \ref*, \chaptername, starred macros for cleveref and varioref, 
xfakebold.

Improved varioref.

Added option for various ways to display index links.

Added gindex, xindex.  Verified to work as-is with varindex.

Added fbox, shadethm, tcolorbox, termcal, thmbox, thmtools.
