Summary description:  Forum fonts with LuaLaTeX/XeLaTeX support

Announcement text:
----------------------------------------------------------------------

 To comply with the Reserved Font Name provision of the OFL license,
 [pdf]latex support, type1 fonts and the artificially enboldened Bold
 font have been removed.
 You may process documents with XeLaTeX or LuaLaTeX.
