 New features:

 - antilabe management for dramatic verse: see § 9.10 of reledmac handbook

 - new counter startstanzaindentsrepetition, to start repetition of the
   stanza indents only after some line of verse: see § 9.3 of the handbook

 - two hooks \Xinnotemark and \innotemarkX, to be used instead of redefining
   \ledinnotemark: see § 13.3. People who do index should read the migration-guide.
