This new version fix two important bugs wrt figlatex:
- fix inkscape option name to convert svg to pdf (inkscape 1.0 changes its option names)
- fix LaTeX code to correctly handle xfig and svg subfig (new graphics.sty code break the previous latex-make code)
Previous inkscape and LaTeX versions are not supported anymore. Patches welcome if required.
