With this version, the horizontal centering of the content of a '\Block' 
is correct even when an instruction such as '!{\qquad}' has been used in 
the preamble.

It's now possible to use '\Block' in the 'last row' (see : 
tex.stackexchange.com/questions/548937/nicematrix-block-does-not-work-with-last-row-option)
