Summary description:  Create normal/logarithmic plots in two and three dimensions

 - fixed bug: restore compatibility with pgf/tikz circle syntax inside of pgfplots

 - new feature #62: 'coordinate style' which allows to associate options
                    with individual coordinates.

 - new feature pgfplotstable: added 'text indicator'

 - new feature pgfplotstable: added 'percent is letter' to allow
                              comment chars within string-based tables
