 1. add a bibliography example for UIBE.

 2. add an option gbmedium.

 3. further refine this manual and the complete compilation procedure
    of this repo.

 4. implementation of sorttemplate and gblanorder option for numeric style.

 5. correct a newspaper error raised by the mechanisim changing of
    default entrytype define with alias set.
