Reledmac
- Fix bug with \edindex inside \eledsection and related.
- Fix bug with macro inside \sameword with no-XeTeX engines.
- Fix bug with page number in index with \edindex when indexing a critical notes. 

Reledpar :
- Restore compatibility with version of polyglossia prior to v1.45
- Add two new hook : \Leftpagehook and \Rightpagehook
- Add hanging symbol feature into astanza environnement
